Catrice Monson

Director

Catrice is the Managing Director of Right Size Media, a firm focused on consulting on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She is also a Co-Founder and the Chief People, Inclusion, and Community Officer of Sinousia, a start up focused on remote working solutions.

Prior to her roles with RSM and Sinousia, she was the SVP of Diversity and Inclusion at CBS based in Los Angeles, CA. Catrice started her career in Labor Relations at CBS and worked for over 20 years with the media outlet.

Catrice holds a BA from Stanford in American Studies and received her JD from UCLA. She is also a part time professor at UCLA- School of Law.
