Our mission is to promote social change and peace through world-class leadership development and coaching programs. We focus on students and early career professionals in underserved communities in the US and globally. We accomplish this by partnering with nonprofit organizations that serve this same population, to provide leadership training for both their staff and or the communities that they serve. Our program develops future leaders that will create social change and peace in the world.
